Catchup post #2: Rinne no Lagrange 1-3

Kyouno Madoka is the incredibly capable and helpful president (and sole member) of the Jersey Club, whose purpose is to support anyone who needs help... and then gets dragged into the middle of a battle against aliens.

Episode 1: Kaname Kyouno Madoka no Nichijou (The Daily Life of Kyouno Madoka)

Being overprepared and rescuing a drowning girl on the way to school...
...losing the school uniform and running to school in a swimsuit...
...dealing with that kind of schedule...
...which includes starring in a club's movie...

...training with the tennis club (and winning handily)...

...training with the kendo club...
...getting stripped by your cousin...
...wait, what?
Ominous question is ominous. Where have I heard this before?
Oh snap.
 And the next day...
Approached by mysterious girl in the shower...
...immediately befriending her (...
...asked a completely innocent question...
...flown out to floating base...
...introduced to robot (Vox Aura)...
...attacked by alien robot which one-shots most of the base defenses...
...learning that the new friend is also from space...

...taking it really well...
...agreeing to pilot the robot against the other robot...
...making your robot transform and beating the other with a suplex...
...all in a day's work, for Kyouno Madoka.
Episode 2: Later, the same day...
...complimented by a not-at-all suspicious eternally smiling butler...
...realizing she's in a bit deeper than she thought...
...taking it well...
...wanting to make a call but getting lost instead...
...finding and befriending someone in the same state...
...Mugi!
Getting a new uniform...
...with parts that randomly become transparent...
...piloting with extreme confidence...
...in a very relaxed atmosphere...
...handling it well...
...oops.
Oops.
But after a quick pep talk...
...from a trolling cousin...
...and she's good to go...
...until another enemy shows up.
Episode 3: Battle in town
Getting mad that the new enemy is over the city...
...rushing to fight it there (what?)...
...oops.
Minimizing damage through knowing the territory...
...but still losing...
...oops (again).
Um... I don't think that's...
...yeah, what he said.
Protecting the citizens...
...using your catch phrase...
...making your classmates realize you're the pilot...
...a newtype moment to raise the spirits of your comrades...
...and now it's a fair fight...
...which makes them run away.
